We ship all orders using professional, reliable couriers, primarily DHL UK, to ensure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and tracking details are provided once dispatched. International delivery times vary by destination and local customs procedures.
A full, itemised receipt will be included with every order. Customs documentation must be completed by the purchaser, and any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. In many GCC countries, DHL handles customs clearance, but in some regions this may be completed by the purchaser according to local laws.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
